Dominique Stucki

Dominique Stucki is a founding Partner of the firm.

He has over 20 years of experience in terms of advice in supporting large groups and medium-sized players in financial/stock market law, asset management and private equity (reputable practice according to Décideurs magazine), as well as in payments and banking law (recognised in the Chambers & Partners 2021 Ranking). His activity includes advice on mergers and acquisitions and in setting up strategic partnerships (strong reputation according to Décideurs).

He is an active member of France Invest, he participates in the Sustainability Commission and is behind industry publications on the integration of CSR practices in governance. Teaching sustainable finance courses at University (Master 2 Paris-Dauphine) and in certain business schools, he also takes part in industry research and has contributed to the drafting of several significant legislative texts (energy transition law, PACTE law, etc.).

He works in French, English and German.
