Idaline Le Granvalet

ASSOCIATE LAWYER

Idaline Le Granvalet is a Lawyer at the Lille Bar.

Since 2017, she has been supporting companies and their managers in the different phases of their company’s life, from creation to restructuring, including fundraising and growth.

She is also involved in corporate acquisition and disposal transactions, particularly during the negotiation and preparation of legal documentation and related legal acts. 

With her Master’s 2 degree in Business Law, she supports and advises companies in determining and implementing their legal strategies.

She works in French and English.
